She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Deveaux and Georgina Deveaux (McCarthy); her son Francis Edward; and her sister Margaret. She is survived by: her husband Art Barrigan; her siblings, Marie (Michael Ludlow) and Robert Deveaux; and her grandchildren, Cape Breton, Daniel of Brampton, ON and Gordon (Lisa Giammarco).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the local hospital.
