He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Silas Whitford (Muriel), Robert Whitford (Doris), Henry Whitford, Rose Whitford and Theresa Houle; his stepdaughters, Desiree Brertton and Julie Brertton; his parents, Wesley Whitford and Edith Whitford; his grandparents, John, Harriet Whitford, Ruben and Ellen Bull; his siblings, Carl Whitford, John Whitford and Mavis Whitford; his sister-in-law Cindy Brertton; and his nephews, Darcy Whitford, Sidney Whitford, Jim Whitford and William Houle. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
