She was predeceased by: her mother Dora Houle; her stepfather Francis Leonard Cardinal; her husband Richard Robert Serson; her siblings, Melvin Houle, Ricky Cardinal, Kathleen Houle and Rose Labine; her daughter Kachina Singh; her grandparents, James and Eliza Houle; and her son-in-law Quanah Jo O'Soup.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Lynn (Marvin), Margaret, Danny (Jenni), Micheal (Helena), Kenneth and Xanthes Rabbit-Houle; and her siblings, Alfred "Smiley" (Noreen), Joseph, Leonard, Verna Thomas, Valerie (Jorge), Gloria Halfe, Miles Cardinal, Emilene Blood (Edward), Victor Cardinal and Francis Cardinal (Margaret). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
