He is survived by: his sister Madeleine Kurtz; his wife Patricia Jean Cahoon Michel; and his children, Tricia Anvik (Nels), Clinton Michel (Kerri-Beth), Candice Watters (Donovan), Tanya Fung (Erwin) and Trina Greenwood (Jordan). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren.
