She was predeceased by: her husband Myron Wayne; her son John Terrance; her sisters, Eileen, Kathleen and Beatrice; and her daughter-in-law Kathleen Schneider.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda (Stan) and Warren; her grandsons, Aaron (Stephanie) and Marc (Valerie); her great grandchildren, Everett, Scarlett and Jody (Rob); and also, Beau, Ella, Jaime (Clint), Madden, Raya, Caylene (Jesse), Carter, Dustin and J. T. Along.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gertrude's honour may be made to the Heartland Community Hospice Foundation, Box 3317, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L 2T3, who treated her with care, respect, and dignity in her last days.
