She was predeceased by: her parents, Onno Jan and Hilda van Griethuizen; her husband Walter Vincett of Galahad; her son Marvin; her daughter-in-law Val; and her brother Peter.

She is survived by: her children, Howard Vincett (Cindy), Ken Vincett (Nicki) of Galahad, Alberta, Catherine Patterson (Calvin) of Edmonton and Joyce Watts (Russell) of Coquitlam, B. C.; her grandchildren, Evan Vincett (Andra-Lynn), Steven Vincett, Dylan Vincett, Melissa Watts, Matthew Watts, David Sanche and Brad Sanche; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Julia and Owen Vincett; and her siblings-in-law, Mil Vincett and Richard Vincett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in memory of Ida may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
