He was predeceased by: his father Caleb Burns; and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Burns; his wife Lorie Lietz of Fox Creek, AB; his sisters, Lori and Janice of Calgary, AB.; and his children, Scott Burns of Prince Rupert, BC and Crystal Burns of Prince Albert, SK. He is also survived by his family and friends.
