With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alma Joyce Lapierre of Fox Creek, Alberta, born in Redvers, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 6, 2022 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alma Joyce Lapierre to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ephraim Lapierre. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lapierre (Debbie) of Bellevue, Alberta and Brenda Van Bavel (Colin) of Red Deer, Alberta; and her grandchildren, Jay, Duke, Chad, Cameron and Lindsay. She is also survived by her seven great grandchildren.

Joyce lived her life through the Great Depression and Covid with a positive attitude, kindness for others, respect, and dignity.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, Joyce requests that you pay it forward and spend time with a senior; whether it would be a cup a tea, or an outing for ice cream, or a hug in her memory.
