With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Lynn Kozakewich (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta), who passed away on September 15, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Metro Kozakewich and Lillian Kozakewich. She is survived by: her close friend Ron Phillips; her children, Jake Schram and Hayley Richards; her stepsons, William and Robert; her siblings, Wayne (Helen) and Joan; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jessica, Karlee, Nick, Tara, Kendall, Skylar, Melissa, Alex and Tasha Lomax.
In lieu of flowers, the family will has requested that donations be made in Sherry's honor to The Cross Cancer Institute.
