Phyllis Kuzminski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2019, at the age of 87, Phyllis Kuzminski (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Kuzminski to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Barbara Walters (Scott) of Redwater, AB and Barry Kuzminski (Kelly) of Brantford, ON; her grandchild Lindsay Self (Chris); her great grandchildren, Piper, Dawson, Adam Cyrynowski (Tasha) and Katie Kuzminski; and her husband Rudolph Kuzminski.

To honour Phyllis' spirit of generosity, donations in her memory gratefully accepted directly to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
