It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary-Ann (Hallett) Kostiuk (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta), who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorn Hallett and Amy Hallett; and her siblings, Stephanie Trotter and Doug Hallett. She is survived by: her husband Brian; and her nephew Tyler (Sumin).
Given today's ever-changing COVID landscape, a gathering will be held to celebrate her life in the new year.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the University of Alberta Hospital's Alberta Transplant Institute.
