He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vee; his children, Phyllis Degen (Sid), Darrell (Candace), Dawn Van Hecke (Keith), Scott Lovie (Coletta) and Dyan Scherer (Curtis); his grandchildren, Amanda Klopstra (Roy), Travis, Cheyenne, Annette Lyons (Devin), Hunter, Hailey, Blake VanHecke (Becky), Kyrsten, Robert, Rosheem, Rochelle, Kaedyn and Ryelyn; his great grandchildren, Alexa and Aiden; his father Garvin Romeo; his sister Annette; and his mother Rose Romeo.
