He is survived by: his father Anna Neervoort; his sister Anneke; his wife Dini; his children, Philip (Judy), Robert (Pamela) and Caroline; and his grandchildren, Jacob (Renate), Daniel (Wyatt), Terence, Johanna and Kathryn.
