We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2024, at the age of 100, Gilbert Eugene Paradis (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta), born in Edmonton, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle; his parents, Armand and Lucienne; his siblings, Francis, Ted and Cecile; his grandsons, Joshua and Scott; and his son-in-law Stephen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anne, Lucien (Bud) and Norman; his children, Barbara, Edith (Don), Rob (Marsha) and Cathy (Rene); his grandchildren, Julia, Bryce, Shannon, Valerie, Mark, Kaitlin, Geoff, Kyler and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, Mikenna, Landon, Kira, Josephine, Stryder, Kenzie, Ethan, Wilkes, Oaklynn, James and Felix.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Parish (10004 101 St, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L1V9).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.
