He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Bennett and Cecil Bennett; and his siblings, Howard (Gert), East (Lillian), Ruth (Gaetan), Greta (Jack), Myrtle (Jerry) and Gertie (Don).
He is survived by: his wife Réjeanne Bennett (Blais); his daughters, Dianne Bennett-Hess (John), Louise Pingle (Steve) and Lynda Bettac (Brian); his grandchildren, Daniel Pingle, Lisa Casillas (Carlos), Austin Bettac (Jody), ShaiLyn Bettac (Tayler) and Jackson Bettac (Brielle); his great grandchild Rosa Mae Casillas; and his sisters, Lenna Drobner, Ivy Monty and Marilyn Magon (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
