She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Traver and Edith Traver; her son Alan; her husband George; and her grandson Steven.
She is survived by: her children, Ann (Brett) and Jeff; her grandchildren, Chelsea and Lucas; and her friends, Ethel, Freda, Elke, Marcia and Jacquie.
Barbara continued to support the Library every year with donations and assisting with the talking books program at the library.
