It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Howard Gessner of Fort McMurray, Alberta, born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 2, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Helen; his stepfather Tom; his children, Keith and Karen; his granddaughter Emma; his siblings, Ellen and Edward; and his son-in-law David.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Timothy (Marlene), Cynthia, Judith (David) and Daniel (Katharine); his grandchildren, Kathleen (Daniel), Samantha, Joel (Beth), Alyshia (Keegan), Matthew, Niklaas, Kristoffer, Isaac, Archaen and Q'Tyyr; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Tobias, Dustin and Nathaniel; his brothers, Harold, Richard and Donald (Esther); his son-in-law Robert; and his brother-in-law Leslie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, a private interment and graveside service will be held at the Highview (Abasand) Cemetery in Fort McMurray, Alberta at a date yet to be determined.
