He was predeceased by: his parents, Gérard Guindon and Jeanette Guindon; his sister Juliette; his brother-in-law Gary Miller; and his grandson Daniel Guindon.
He is survived by: his wife Françoise; and his sons, Maurice (Viviane), Richard (Carmen) and Denis (Paula). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
