He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley McDonald and Nellie McDonald; his sister Marj; his wife Marion; his son Gord; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; and his great grandchild Fraser Carrell.
He is survived by: his children, John (Agnes), Larry (Cathy), Dan (Linda) and Sheri Hepworth (Dave); and his grandchildren, Taryn Carrell (Clint), Mike (Jodi), Erin Avignon (Ray), Patrick (Britta), Scott (Billi), David Hepworth (Lisa), Bob (Amy), Carmella Hepworth, Kerry-Jo Benjamin (Nathan), Danielle Wolfe (Chris), Tiffany Hepworth, Kent (Daina), Christine Devellis (Giovanni), Ryan (Janelle), Katren Hepworth (Timothy Nyugen), Caeley Hepworth, Samuel Hepworth and Thomas Hepworth. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
