He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Anelia; his siblings, Cecile Fedorowicz, Casimir and Joe; his sister-in-law Marion Przybylski; and his granddaughter Angelique Banner (Goudeau).

He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Przybylski (Nee Dechant); his children, Amelia (Mike Mitchell), Phyllis (Hal Austin), Theresa (Richard Banner), Nicholas (Karen Nee Smith), Susan (Clem Luken), Victor (Denise Nee Labbee), Annalisse (Dan Macdaid), Michael (Sandy Helmig) and Christina (Jerald Zaderey); his brother Edward; and his sister-in-law Alice Przybylski. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Carl can be made to the "Happy Harvesters" at the Fairview Harvest Lodge or the "Fairview Palliative Care".
