He was predeceased by: his children, Vance Tyler and Allison; his grandson Vance Bradley Zavisha; his siblings, Jean (Moore), Irene (Kornyk) and Patrick "Pat" Zavisha; and also Henry Zavisha.
He is survived by: his wife Ann (Moloney); his son Brad (Lisa Zavisha); his grandchildren, Jordan, Brooklyn and Aidan Zavisha; his siblings, Glen, Wade Zavisha and Rachel Bettenson (Terry); and also Lena Zavisha (Screpnek). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In the fall of 1957, when Brad was 17 years old, a pandemic of the Asiatic flu forced the local schools to close.
