He was predeceased by: his wife Esther Forseth; his parents, John Forseth and Gudrun Forseth; his parent-in-law Alexis Swanson; his brothers-in-law, Harry Melnychuk and Ray Sutton; his great grandchild Jericho Forseth; and also Amanda Swanson.
He is survived by: his children, David Forseth (Gloria) of Sexsmith, Dwight Forseth (Lisa) of Okotoks and Sharon Breitkreuz (Glenn) of Grande Prairie; his grandchildren, Amanda Sherwin (Stephen) of Grande Prairie, Joshua Forseth (Cheralyn) of Sexsmith, Russell Breitkreuz of Grande Prairie, Brett Breitkreuz of Grande Prairie, Anna Luth (Regan) of Vancouver, Benjamin Forseth of Okotoks and Esther Forseth of Okotoks; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel Sherwin, Isaac Sherwin, Azalea Forseth and Lincoln Forseth; his siblings, Orville Forseth (Erin) of Sexsmith, Jack Forseth (Sue) of Grande Prairie, Howard Forseth of Sexsmith, Victor Forseth of Sexsmith, Helen Sutton of Dawson Creek and Alice Melnychuk of Three Hills; and his siblings-in-law, Neil Swanson (Meg) of Peace River and Shirley Peters (Bob) of Clairmont. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
