It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Bartholomew of Elk Point, Alberta, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Rayna Rita Kathryn Sanregret; her siblings, Rose Nellie, Mary Nelson and Robert Bartholomew; her brothers-in-law, Gene Bayduza and Neil Nelson; her parents, Robert Bartholomew and Kathryn Bartholomew; and the father of her children Allan Sanregret.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alania Sanregret, Dana Chaulk (Michael), Angela Sanregret, Vania Lawrence (Tyson) and Amanda Sanregret; her sisters, Gabe Bayduza, Pat Oster (Ron), Bernice Zapesocki (Harry) and Sue Bartholomew (Johnny Neilson); and her sister-in-law Nadia Bartholomew. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Rita's Life will take place at a later date, once COVID-19 restrictions ease.
