He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne; his parents, William Andrishak and Mary Andrishak; his siblings, Mike (Mary), Fred (Velma), Steve (Doris), Anna Lazoruk (Steve), Olga Fischer (Max), Jean Provenzano and Paul; and his sister-in-law Mary Ruzycki.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Kobylnyk (Janet) of Vegreville and Lassie Ewaniuk (Roland) of San Francisco.
