Tom left this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thijs Stad and Aleida Stad; his wife Janet Haayema; and his grandsons, Jonathan Stad and Scott Stad.

He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Bonnie), Kenneth (Crystal), David (Janet), Linda (Gerry), Edward (Annette) and Betty (Lyndsay); and his sibling Jean Klok. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Niton Hall.
