He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mike Polak and Irene Polak; his significant other Lori Marcia (Napster); his children, Michael Polak (Brandi) and Joleen Polak; his stepchildren, Sheldon Marcia (Heather) and Kristy Bradshaw (Michael); his sisters, Donna Brown (Rob) and Barb Mellersh (Gerry); and his extended family, Sandy Mustard (Rob), Hugh Bussey (Anne) and David Bussey. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
