Rena Mizera Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rena Mizera of Edson, Alberta, who passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gambin and Louise Gambin; her husband Allen Mizera; her son Rick Mizera; her grandson Jordan Mizera; and her sister Rita Lauridsen.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Mizera (Cheryl), Tina Mizera and Larry Mizera (Marlene); her daughter-in-law Debbie Mizera; her grandchildren, Darwin Mizera (Paula), Michael Mizera (Christina), Kristy Newbury, Chelsea Baudin (Marc), Jessica Kuffner (Shayne), Travis Mizera (Jane) and Shayleen Mizera; and her sister Roma Anderson. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Foothills Memorial Chapel (5040 6 Ave, Edson, AB T7E1T8). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Glenwood Cemetery.
