Margret Jean Fox Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margret Jean Fox of Edson, Alberta, born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Renelt and Martha Renelt; her siblings, Ruth and Otto Jr.; and her daughter Heather Fox-Hartford.

She is survived by: her husband Brian Fox; her daughter Karen Fox; her grandchildren, Jeff Haggar (Shyla), Chris Haggar (Natacha), Bryan and Stephen Fox-Lucas; her great grandchildren, Austin, Carson and Lucas Haggar; and her nieces, Renie (Andrew Renelt) and Patricia Aman Vaughan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Edson Hospital's nursing education program, continuing Margret's legacy of kindness and compassion.
