He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Field and Connie Field. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Field and Lynn Petrin (Joe); his grandchild Ryan Petrin; and his daughter Kathy Yu. He is also survived by brother and sister in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins.
