He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Heidi (Don), Alison, David and Heather; his grandchildren, Paul, Marc (Suzi), Rachel (Kirk), John, Sarah and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Eva and Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and good friends.
