He was predeceased by: his parents, Zaim and Janja; and his sister Mira. He is survived by: his wife Stella; his children, Silvia (Jason), Kristian and Daniel (Tanja); his stepsons, Joe and Tony (Tosha); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Paige, Gabi, Lexi, Nicholas, Joanne and Joey.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorial donations be made to the Roozen Family Hospice Centre.
