We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2019, William Robert Fraser (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Fraser and William Fraser; and his brother-in-law Bob Boyer (Beverly). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Moisan; his stepdaughters, Heather Bussiere (Miguel) and Cory Moisan (Brian); his grandchildren, Olivia, Isaac and Ruby; and his siblings, Shirley Sinclair (Brian), James Fraser (Nancy) and Beverly Boyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a Charity of One's Choice.
