He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kowal and Mary Kowal; his sister Stephanie Noga; and his sister-in-law Lucy Kowal. He is survived by: his wife Olga Kowal; his brother David Kowal; and his nieces, Donna Emsley (Brian) and Janet Cox (Steve).
A reception was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Newbrook Community Hall (4801 50 St, Newbrook, AB T0A2P0).
