He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bagshaw and Pauline Bagshaw; and his wife Olli Bagshaw. He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie, Frank and Doug; his children, Barbara Duncan, Kara Sather (Bagshaw) and Bill Bagshaw Jr. (Jennifer); his stepson Dan DeMarco (Denise); his grandchildren, Keltie Duncan (Jamie Martyniuk), Bonnie Ganton (Duncan), Kelsey Sather, Leif Sather, Kennedy Sather, Will Bagshaw, Nyah Bagshaw, Mario DeMarco (Kelsey) and Rhys DeMarco; his great grandchild Harper Ganton; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Bagshaw (Karen), Bonnie Groves, Brian Kinsman (Kristie), Marlette Mack (Daryl), Scott Kinsman and Craig Kinsman (Diana).
