We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to William Charles Ruether (Edmonton, Alberta). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ruether and Ann Ruether; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Leo and Elizabeth (Betty).

He is survived by: his sons, William'Bill'Jr. (Melissa) and Steven; his siblings, Jim (Deanna), Doug, Louise (Alex) and Barb (Don); and his grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Liam, Isabelle and Anna. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Williams honour may be made to Freebury Long term care unit at Tofield Health Center. Please designate donations for palliative bed in the Freebury unit.
