He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hathaway and Ivy Hathaway. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hathaway; his sons, Rus Hathaway (Holly Henson) and David Hathaway (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Daniel, Holly, Ella, Jack, Hopestill and Asher; and his sister Ila Foster. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
