He was predeceased by: his wife Chiara Olinyk. He is survived by: his children, Helen Daly (Pat) and Walter Olinyk Jr.; his grandchildren, Larysa Thompson (Dylan) and Richard Daly (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Porter, Arie and Bennett. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be limited to immediate family.
