He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandy. He is survived by: his children, Ken Ursuliak (Joanne), Robin Pettitt (Kevin) and Kelly Hellinga (Dave); and his brothers, Alex and Nick. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
