Virginia Steffes Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell; her parents, Bill Chabaniuk and Helen Chabaniuk; and her siblings, Mary, Elizabeth, Mike, Kathy, Lil, Billy, Ernie and Douglas Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Darren Steffes (Julia) of Calgary, Alberta, Karen Shaul (Mark) of Calgary, Alberta and Bonnie Gilchrist (Michael) of Calgary, Alberta; her grandchildren, Chelsea-Ann, Zachary, Michaela, Carter, Gabrielle and Daria; her sister Shirley Hertlein (Wiley) of Calgary; and her sister-in-law Lois Comeau of Edmonton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church (18407 60 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6M1X7).
