She is survived by: her children, Dino (Audrey), Janice (Rod), Gary (Heather), Darcy (Bernadette) and Gina (Pete); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Mike, Jarod, Scott, Brett, Cara, Chris and Melanie; her close friend Wayne MaCeachern; and her siblings, Jim Poluk (Julie), Tina and Frances. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2). A burial was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at the Northern Lights Cemetery (15203 Campbell Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6V1K2).
