He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Anne; and his brothers, Maxwell and David. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Jason (Shari) and Jacquie (Mike); his grandchildren, Paige, Chelsie (Nolan), Hannah (James) and Mitchell; his siblings, Vivian, Diane, Patricia, George (Pamela), Roseanne (Ross), Marvin (Donna), Jim and Wayne (Laura); and his sister-in-law Liz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Victor's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
