He was predeceased by: his husband James Lastiwka; his brother Orest Ruptash; and also, Violet and Steve Ruptash. He is survived by: his brother David Ruptash (Ann); and his sister-in-law Fran. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, several great-nephews and nieces and multiple great-great-nephews and nieces.
