He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Billey and Pearl Billey; his brothers, Eddy, Metro (Shirley) and Paul; and his sister-in-law Grace (Annette).

He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Lisa (Barey) and Leah (Shane); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kylee), Amanda (Ben), Nolan, Laine, Ethan and Madisynn; his great grandchildren, Avery, Rhys, Kaydence, Christian and Joel; his brothers, David (Ruth), Albert (Christine) and Stanley (Dianne); and his siblings-in-law, Fran, Roselene (Hubert), Myron (Colleen) and Gerry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
