Sultan H. Merchant Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sultan H. Merchant in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on April 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hyderali Merchant and Amina Merchant; his wife Shashi Savarkar (Salma); his daughter Sharmila; his son-in-law Mark; his son Sajid; his daughter-in-law Deepti; his grandchildren, Grayson, Shayla, Ari and Ezra; and also, Sharmila and Sajid.
