He is survived by: his brother Uncle; his parent Maria Van Der Hoek; his wife His; his children, Sietse, Darryel, Carrie (Doug) and Alex; his grandchildren, Barry, Adam, Corgan, Theo, Samuel and Allura; his siblings, Andrew (Joanne), Iene and Sheila (Tony); his siblings-in-law, Jose (Sely), Hermie (Cora), Peter (Melanie), Greg, Rufo (Kat), Felix, Evelyn Many, Chris Many (Bert) and Reina Many (Calvin); his children, Sarah and Jamie; his brothers, Jerry of Fred and Wes; his wife Jean; and also Opa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
