He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Nettie (Rycroft); his grandfather Steve; his siblings, Harry, Mike, Mary, Kathleen, Ann and Elsie; his parents-in-law, Ben and Pauline Burrell; and his son-in-law Terry Carpenter (Carl Fjeld).
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Burrell (Casey); his daughters, Carrie (John) and Melanie (Chad); his grandchildren, Corben, Hayden, Torey, Kiersten, Tiana and Kelan; and his brother George.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice, if so desired.
