She was predeceased by: her daughter Joanne; her parents, Steve Lychak and Victoria Lychak; her siblings, Mary Zerdecki, Stefania Petryk, Wilma Fulmes, Lena Thomas, Peter Lychak and Steve Lychak; and her siblings-in-law, Mike, Albert, William, Graham, Michael, Peter, Sam, Les, Pauline and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Patricia (Brent), David and Steve (Deanna); and her siblings, Pauline Chmelyk, Annette Venance, Joyce Gashinsky, John Lychak (Ruth) and Elizabeth Sproule. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
