She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lutka and Helen Lutka (Yaciuk) of Welland, Ontario.. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Christine Garrity (Matt), Debrah Bergin Leia (Nathan Leia), Elizabeth Bergin (Brock Wheeler) and Matthew Bergin (Kristin); her granddaughters, Paige, Ruth and Claire; and her siblings, Sharon Cerantola (Nick) and Willie Lutka (Ann). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
