She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Kelly, Chad, Tara and Kimberly; her grandchildren, Brian, Savannah, Adam, Nicholas, Ethan and Braxton; her great grandchildren, Brian, Brody and Tobias; and her siblings, Chuck and Angela.
