He was predeceased by: his parents, Feodor Osachoff and Pelegea Osachoff (family: Mikado); his former wife Eveline; and his siblings, Pete, Fred, Bill Osachoff, MaryShkuratoff and Pauline Kutchen.

He is survived by: his daughter Paula; his wife Molly Osachoff; his children, PaulaOsachoff, Valerie Coenen and Ted Osachoff; and his grandchildren, Sara, Nathan Coenen, Adeyln and Bennett Osachoff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Canterbury Foundation as tokens of remembrance in memory of Sam Osachoff.
